Very quiet at Queens Gardens now. Pretty cold out here so people have wrapped up inside tents or moved along. #HullTentCity

Council said earlier they were reviewing their legal position. Not sure if it's to do w/ presence of Jeremy Kyle or legal right to protest

More than 2 hours after the eviction notice, but all #HullTentCity tents are still up. No sign of council/police or anyone moving tonight.

Spoke to @Hullccnews who said they're reviewing their eviction powers but not looking like action will be taken today #HullTentCity

Spoke to him briefly. Says he is ex military with PTSD. Clearly a distressing situation for him to be in at the moment.

One of the homeless in the camp taking issue with Jeremy Kyle being here. Not clear why at the moment. Body guards and others stepping in.

It's nearly 4pm and these tents don't look like they're going anywhere fast. No sign of anyone from @Hullccnews or @Humberbeat #HullTentCity

They are waiting for the injunction to come from the courts and will simply go somewhere not on the list of forbidden places.

Just spoken to #HullTentCity organiser Haydn Jessop who says the injunction will not solve anything and that the tents will move elsewhere.

Down at Queens Gardens for the #HullTentCity eviction... and Jeremy Kyle shows up. That'll throw a spanner in the works!
