@Makhaccino In a way Van reminds me to one of Kamen Rider W protagonist, Shotaro, who also has a hardboiled persona but is actually a softboiled

One critique of Van I always see but don’t understand is when people say “Hes supposed to be this morally gray protagonist but he doesn’t live up to it” and to me it’s just like yeah, he puts on an act because he doesn’t want people getting close to him due to his circumstances.
