Save the Snacks! To keep the snacks safe from the monster kid, 3rd grade students designed catapults with speed and size comparisons, constructed chocolate bar walls with pizza distractions and many other ideas using Makerspace materials.

Our Media Center read aloud A Mountain of Mittens by @LynnPlourde led students to an engaging problem solving challenge using our favorite app Felt Board. 9 minutes to add lots of small mittens & arrange demonstrated lots of creativity! #kidlit @RESRocketPride @SftwareSmoothie

Reading Avalanche by Michael Rosen with @RESRocketPride 2nd graders in the Media Center was snow fun! Making a connection to the story, they App Smashed with Hello Crayons & Faces iMake to create their own collection of items collected in a snowball. #kidlit #edtech @fidosopher
