@HEAssist FIRST time I have to use these guys and annual service was due today, engineer knocked door and then gone with the wind. Having booked the day off work for this, i called help desk, only to be told I would have to pay another £50 for service engineer to return. SHOCKING

@HEAssist 8 weeks to reply to a complaint on an appliance that has been faulty 3 times in 12 months. Utterly disgusted with the level of service - no one knows how long a repair is guaranteed for.

@HEAssist It's not allowed to sent dm to you by twitter! But finally the engineer is sent by your sub-contract company to sort out the issue after 3 days. My concern is when we buy Premium Insurance Policy from you then it should be done ASAP with priority as we have 2 children in a house.
