@VivaMattyVegas Crowd was good but only 5 matches including a Danhausen one is pretty poor. Constant advertisements etc is just very corporate. I know it’s been this way for a while but still very jarring.

Thought him and JR always played well off each other and told the story (as well as JR just being outstanding). Commentary takes a big fall after this

Vince consistently taking JR off commentary during his peak and trying to replace him never worked

Genuine question - has there ever been a commentator who can hit the go home show like JR? Or the big moments of a PPV win? Absolutely unrivalled.

There are fans and respected commentators who review WWE for a living who can't automatically pick up WWE's piped crowd noise - which hurts my ears EVEN when the crowd aren't reacting visually. IT'S SMACKDOWN. A LIVE MORGUE THAT'S BEEN AIRED FOR 27 YEARS. I will never get it.
