I called CSR to add 15 gigs for the remainder of the current billing cycle only. Philippines CSR terminated all my data at the end of the billing cycle instead! Nathan in TN restored my data. (479-426-9098) Do your research, but I doubt if anything will be improved.

@TMobileHelp I had to wait till 6:00 a.m. CT to reach customer service, which resolved the problem quickly. This isn't the first time I've been screwed by Philippine CSRs who can't follow instructions. I'm a night owl & use my phone through the wee hrs. Not last night! (Cont in next DM)

@TMobile I called customer service, got the Philippines, to pay for an additional 15 gigs of high-speed data. At the start of the next billing cycle I had no data connection bc CSR screwed up! Offshore CSRs are the worst imaginable! Ongoing problems w/them. T-Mo doesn't fix.

@TMobile Called 611 at 2:00 a.m. automated system asks how can we help, then goes on to state that you've reached us after hours, call back during normal business hours. This should be stated first, not last! 24/7 support is a myth! (Don't ask me for my personal info!) Fix this

@tacobell I had the unfortunate experience of consuming a Crunchwrap Supreme today. More than $6 for lettuce, diced tomato, & some kind of mush on top of a taco wrapped in a tortilla. WHAT A RIP OFF! How do I apply for a refund? To the general public: don't waste your money!
