We CANNOT begin to use the negative words we have heard from others back on ourselves. If we do, we are allowing ourselves to think the words must be true. We need to say boldly and confidently that THEY WERE WRONG and replace those negative words with the truth.

We love this MOODOMETER that was crafted by teachers & students within one of the schools that HEROES is taught in. It gives the students a chance to evaluate how they are feeling and express it. Inspired by the book Leon and the Champion Chip by Allen Kurzweil.

Just like a tree’s health is determined by its root system—our emotional, mental, physical & spiritual health is determined by what principles we are rooted in. To live, walk and stand in our own truth, we must understand and embrace the 7 Sacred Teachings.

It is always good to remind ourselves that we are all equal—each of us being as important and valuable as the person next to us. When we understand our value, we can then cultivate a life of HUMILITY—putting the needs of others ahead of our own.

Today we are reflecting on how grateful we are for the opportunities we get, the stories we get to hear, the passionate people and organizations we are introduced to, and most importantly, we are thankful for our supporters. Thanks for believing in all that we do!
