4th graders called the hotline to send good luck messages to their mushers! The volunteers in Alaska sent pictures of what the “musher grams” looked like for students to see. The messages are flown to the musher’s next checkpoint where they will receive them. #Iditarod2023

Hollywood Elementary School was very fortunate enough to have Laces4Love, a non-profit Christian organization, visit our school to give 55 students a brand new pair of socks and shoes!

Kindergarten students at HES are getting in the holiday spirit…making Santa’s sleigh, decorating gingerbread cookies, and learning all about reindeer! 💚🎄🦌❤️

Congratulations to these HES third, fourth, and fifth graders for winning 1st and 2nd place in their Classroom Spelling Bee on Friday. These students will participate in the District Spelling Bee on January 26, 2023! 💚🐝💜

HES is celebrating “Holiday Kindness Spirit Week” this week! Today our students and staff wore their pajamas to show that we are “Dreaming of Kindness!” #GoldenGateKids

Thank you to Mrs. Jackson, Mr. Wilson, Mrs. White, Coach Shealy, our students, and the SHS JROTC for their part in making our Veterans Days Ceremony a huge success! The artwork was wonderful and the songs by our 5th graders added the perfect touch!
