@HEXBUG my son got a hexbug mobot for Christmas, turned it on, no lights sounds or movement. Tried new batteries in mobot and remote but no luck. Any suggestions?

@HEXBUG Can you make the BattleBots better? My son saved $$ to buy Whiplash, waited weeks for someone to bring it to us from the US (we live in an African country), and only used it a few days. An inner wire detached, and sadly no attempts to fix it have held. Very disappointed.

@HEXBUG My controller can’t connect to my battle bots I don’t know what happened it gust stopped working. I tried to replace the battery but it didn’t connect.
