Delighted to see such strong coverage of our joint call with @sfha_hq, @CIHScotland & @jrf_uk ahead of the @ScotParl Budget vote. I hope @ScotGovFM will think again about the proposed cuts & that MSPs will carefully consider the housing needs of their constituents as they vote.

Key @H_F_S training calls include the need to ensure understanding of the Local Development Plan process, the appropriate use of planning conditions, development economics/site viability and the appeals process (including costs for both applicant and local authority).

Scotland simply cannot afford, either socially or economically, to let these trends continue but issues with the new National Planning Framework 4 unfortunately point to such an outcome.

I recently visited a Passivhaus site myself to find out more about this standard. Whilst excellent, it does come with some challenging constraints & scalability remains far off which goes to your point on impeding #s @Willie_Rennie. #deliveringmore #homesforscotland #NetZeroWeek
