Tuesday’s Board meeting, the last of the school year, was a night full of recognitions! This first group of recognitions shown includes: the @LawndaleHSROCKS Girls Basketball Team for winning the state championship; the @HHSCougars Academic Decathalon team for earning 7 medals;

Rosalina Diaz, Classified (@HHSCougars), William Morejon, Certificated (@HHSCougars), & Dr. Kendra Peterson, Management (@Lloyde_Bulldogs). The final recognition was for CV & each school receiving the CA Pivotal Practice Award by the @CADeptEd. Congrats to everyone! #CVUHSDproud

Today, @csudominguezhills hosted the Male Success Alliance Spring Summit for our @HHSCougars, @LawndaleHSROCKS, @leuzingerhs and @Lloyde_Bulldogs students. It was a fantastic event empowering #CVUHSD young men to graduate and go on to be successful in life. #CVUHSDproud

The @HighHawthorne Football team volunteered time and energy to the @Rotary at the community Rummage Sale @HHSCougars We have to give back to be able to move forward @CoachSeeThed @CVUHSD

Today @HHSCougars, the @Rotary held a Community Yard Sale. Our @LeuzingerHS #ECA was selling succulents, pressed flower notebooks, hand painted ceramics, magnolia seeds & natural multi-purpose cleaner. Our Youth Integrity Club was there selling jewelry and keychains. #CVUHSDproud

We ended #StaffAppreciationWeek today with @Lloyde_Bulldogs Larch Village. Thank you, Larch staff, for taking care of our most vulnerable students who need us most 💜 You are so admirable, we appreciate you! Check out the amazing new art gallery of student work 🎨🖼 #CVfamily
