He got an email from EBT telling him he has to work at least 20 hours a week if he wants to keep receiving $740 a month for his 2 kids. He said: 'I'm not working for anybody, this is what taxpayers work for, they work for me.' Do you feel sorry for him?

Let’s get your opinion on this: would you push back like she did? Here’s the situation. Her boss sent her home for taking her 30-min unpaid lunch that was literally in her contract/hiring notes. While no federal law requires lunch breaks, some states require employers to provide one (30 min unpaid, fully off-duty) for 6+ hr shifts. You can’t just force ‘eat at your desk while working’—that doesn’t count. Now, if her contract is indeed legally binding, the boss can’t magically delete it. What are your thoughts on this?

I want to ask people around the world who are not Japanese. At the restroom near Fushimi Inari Shrine last night — a sacred place — someone left diapers covered in feces and piles of trash in the hand-washing area and just walked away. Is this considered normal behavior where you come from? To whoever did this — what the hell is wrong with you? This isn’t just bad manners — it’s disgusting, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. This is a place of worship, not a garbage dump. If anyone thinks this kind of behavior is okay, that’s the problem. Clean up your own filth and learn some basic respect. Don’t you all agree?

I agree with her that female doctors should be offered as an option in every country — it’s a personal preference thing, and I personally prefer seeing a female doctor for those kinds of exams myself. But I don’t agree that men should be banned from those fields entirely. But, I will say that If a male doctor had made those same remarks to me, I’d feel exactly the same anger and betrayal she does. The real issue isn’t gender — it’s finding a provider who truly listens, respects your pain, and treats you with dignity. We all have the right to advocate for ourselves and seek care that feels safe. Have you ever felt dismissed by a doctor, or do you have a strong preference for male or female providers in sensitive situations?

They need to be citizens or have visas… formally update their residency… be legitimately employed locally… not to mention legit docs for things like landlord approvals… the list went on. He wasn’t joking, apparently. This grown adult thought they could just “move to Europe” illegally… and he didn’t even think about the legality of it at all Apparently he’s a “doer” type guy who just makes things happen Good luck to him
