Today the thoughts and prayers of the team at HMFSI are with the family and friends of Martyn Sadler, of Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue and London Fire Brigade, who sadly lost his life in the line of duty. May he rest in peace.

Today marks the 65th anniversary of the Cheapside Street Fire, where 14 men of the Glasgow Fire Service and 5 from the Glasgow Salvage Corp were killed, fighting a fire in a whisky bond. We will remember them 🙏 @FireMemTrust
