@Bill54919622713 @dobie_gang Yes. I need to read again how to get the liver to cook just right. I hear soaking in milk for an hour helps and not to overcook. I have no idea what that means when I throw it in a skillet. Lol

@HMMCoach @dobie_gang It’s the carnivore super vitamins. The liver and heart were delicious but the kidneys were rank. I had never had kidney and won’t again. The dogs would love them.

I bought a 100 pound lamb from the farm for $200! Two weeks later it went to the processor we use. I was there for the butchering to get it just how I wanted it. Total haul was about 65 pounds because we eat the offal and I render the fat and bones. Processing was $125. Total cost $325

@HMMCoach @dobie_gang It makes a difference. We are fortunate to buy all of our meats from local farms. We have not bought grocery store meats in over three years
