The following update has been issued to all prisoners today: We have experienced problems with the telephone system across the prison. This has impacted on the ability of prisoners to make phone calls. It is anticipated that the issue will be resolved later this evening.

Our prisoner BT PIN phone system is currently unavailable. This is due to an external incident which is out of our control. We have not been made aware of how long the system will be offline, BT Engineers are currently at the scene trying to resolve the issue. Please see below.
