@TheRealAZJhawks @JayhawkTalk I agree, but in general they have slowed the game down since the ISU game. They have walked the ball up since. We don’t have a good enough defense or half court offense

DP looks…. A little slow. Self and him also just exchanged some words and Self gave him a “not having it” wave off.

@JayhawkTalk I don’t understand why this team think they can play slow. Their half court offense is awful. Need to play fast. That is how they won those 7 games in a row.

Want to be clear, my 8 year old would see the double team and pass to wing shooter.

It made ZERO sense. Go TRY. Instead we dribble drove into double teams like 12 straight possessions. Looked like my 8 year old kid’s offense.

DP Revitalization Story took a hit tonight. Even if he’s got flu symptoms don’t you get an IV and shot and go play 4 minutes? Make sure announcers know you’re sick. Go throw up during timeout and then check yourself out for rest of game. At least everyone will respect the effort.

Everyone pointed to the defensive flaws this season. The reality is, while the offense was one of the most explosive units in the league, they lacked consistency. Maybe a touch overlooked at times because of the clutchness they showed. Clearly the defense will get bolstered this off-season, one way or another. But the offense still has plenty of room to develop. They know the recipe for success and how Ben Johnson wants to win. Now they get a whole summer to fine tune it.
