@BrightonHoveCC Pls could someone tell me when my residence permit will be sent - its been 10 days. Really poor service as per from this department.

It appears @BrightonHoveCC that although having had a residence parking permit for 12 years I am not entitled to a 2 week temp one whilst I wait for my changed car's permit. "you can use your visitors permits" - nice one, at £4.50 a pop for a possible 10 days - Seriously!
