Walton High School Sports Hall of Fame

HOF week 2026 is here!! Everyone is invited Friday 1/9/26 to the Walton basketball games where the 2026 class of inductees will be introduced. Tip is at 6:00 PM with a reception for everyone and introductions between the boys and girls games.

The class of 2026 HOF inductees’ names have been added to the previous winners and are proudly hanging in the Walk of Champions and Hall of Fame in the gymnasium

The 1995 men’s soccer team is the only team being inducted this year. The banner is hung and ready for tonight’s induction recognition. Everyone is invited to the BB games and the soccer team will be recognized after the girls BB game which starts at 6:00 PM

Our last 2026 induction is the 1995 Men’s Soccer Team. -1st soccer team into WHS Sports HOF,-95 State Championship,-16-0-3 record, Finished 3rd nationally,-58 goals scored and 7 given up,-5 seniors played in college,-WHS 2025 HOF Head Coach Bucky Boozer led team

The next 2026 inductee is Marc Pisciotta (Baseball 1984-88), -1st WHS player to make it to MLB, -1987-88 Gatorade BB player of the year from Georgia,-Multiple world championships with ECB,-4 year starter at GT,-GT pitcher of the year in 1991,-played for 4 MLB teams in career

Our next 2026 Inductee is Aaron Kelly (Football 2001-04) -2003 Cobb POY, -All County and All State multiple years, -55 catches, 955 yards, 17 TDs in sr year, -4 year letter winner at Clemson, -Still top 5 in Clemson history for catches, rec yards, and rec TDs,-played in CFL

Today we introduce 2026 inductee Amanda Ballinger (women’s tennis 1992-95) -Singles state champion as freshman,-#1 singles player on 1992 team state championship, -MVP at WHS for 3 years,-1992 Ga Player of the Year,-Played at Alabama and Berry,-MVP at Alabama in 96-97
