Hiring manager offered him the position on the spot at the interview and let him negotiate for higher salary than what was even offered. Actually insane.

Literally just finished his probationary training period, but because his mom is a manager, he’s definitely getting special treatment. Forced another woman that had been with the company 20+ years out of her position to give it to him. Un-fucking-real.

A guy that has worked at my company less than 90 days and has no prior experience had his position terminated and somehow got an even higher position making $30k more than me when I’ve been with the company almost 5 years. I fucking hate this shit.

My family can’t communicate with each other to save their lives and will instead be passive aggressive with each other, and I finally spoke up about it because I was tired of it and now they’re all acting like I’m the problem and ignoring me 💀

Really it’s a combination of declining media literacy and bad attention spans and constant distraction via smartphones.

None of this came out of left field. If you pay attention, they’ve been building up to this and dropping clues the whole time. If you half paid attention and scrolled your phone most of the time, I’m not shocked you missed things or couldn’t piece the clues together

Not gonna lie, I think part of why people missed key context clues in stranger things and are now melting down as if this season is terrible is because people have the attention span of a goldfish and can’t put the phone down for 10 seconds to actually pay attention

I don’t know why, but this holiday season feels especially depressing to me. I’ve tried so hard to get in the spirit and I just can’t. I hope next year is better.

Something really off about all these smaller influencers on TikTok being like “this is why we don’t trust influencers” with their little clip of Mikayla in the corner while they literally try and sell the exact same products as a set rather than just the two she posted.

Imagine how widely the mainstream media would cover this evil trend if it was Palestinians or others doing it.
