This year for International Women's Day we are looking to highlight inspirational women within the university 🏋️‍♀️. Today we are focusing on two of our student athletes Hope and Rhiannon 🙌. #internationalwomensday #IWD

It's International Women's Day this Wednesday & we are launching 'This Girl Can' initiative! On Wednesday 8th March, there will be women only sessions of: Squash - 4:00pm Glute Camp - 5:15pm Group Cycle - 6:15pm Keep an eye out, we will post more information soon👀💪

We've smashed our Joganuary goal to run 200 miles from Hope Park Sports to London 👏 Well done to everyone who contributed. Because we've reached our target so soon, we're going to turn around & run back to Hope Park Sports from London! Can we make it back to Hope Park Sports?🤩
