Testing out a build of #PowerToys for 0.75. Dashboard will start being a way in first time launch / Settings to show what is turned on + possible conflicts. Lots of work left and would love feedback when people go hands on. In future, we'll start grouping left nav.

@TheCherno Resharper has this strange bug. You have to set a larger font size in VS settings instead of zooming in in the editor.
