Virtual Cohort 4 learning about Fishbones and the all important Driver Diagram. Day 2 is currently exploring the importance of the right Aim Statement. (Anyone spot the Kanban board of ideas for my new house in the background? Practice what you preach!)

Virtual Cohort 4 started last week and Virtual Cohort 5 of the CQI Leaders course starts today. Exciting weeks ahead for both groups - let's make the change a reality!

Our Virtual Leaders cohort is onto the importance of measurement in the quality improvement journey; discovering the pleasure inside of their measure, or as we call in the Innovation Hub - pleasurement.

Our virtual training sessions may look different these days, but still impactful. Day 2 of the Virtual CQI leaders programme kicks off reviewing Fishbone diagrams as a way of a gaining "Understanding before Solutions", a key HPFT improvement principle.
