Protein pancakes recipe: 🥚Whisk 2 egg whites & protein powder, 🍌Mix in 1 mashed banana & handful of blueberries🫐 🥛Add 50-100mls almond milk 🥘Simmer in olive/canola/vegetable oil until bubbles form 🔄Flip 🥞Serve as 1 large or 3 small pancakes with your favourite toppings😋
