So, a thing is happening with my S25. The paint has started to wear off, even though I never removed it from my case. Kinda weird for a flagship, that too in less than 6 months? So I walked into the Mumbai service center(BKC), and guess what, many other S25 users are facing the same. My flatmate's S25 Ultra is also going through the same situation. The staff told me that it's a "common issue" with the S25 series colors, but nothing to worry....🤔 I am glad that I have the Samsung Care+ with ADLD insurance, but what about those without it? If they get a green line, then you guys will instantly reject the device, and it's not even a user error. Extremely disappointing, not gonna lie.
