Coronal Radiance 日冕 ✦ 1st Anniversary Phainon Character PV Poem
I see it:
The convergence of light, the fading of silhouettes.
Endless hollowness as I turned:
What remains for me to wait for?
The hero, forged by a thousand expectations of the masses.
All hopes gathered upon a single being.
At the far end of the gentle west wind lies a paradise of ideal peace,
The promise of “Era Nova,”
The final destination of the Flame-Chase.
-Yet it is but a future
Forever beyond reach.
The futile struggle of a caged beast locked in fate,
Destined loss and sacrifice,
A self gradually numbed, a sanity slowly corroded.
Between the blink of an eye,
If these hands are still capable of grasping anything-
If only that fleeting recollection could linger, within a pitiful dream:
It tells the story of a boy sculpting the hero within his heart,
Memories and distant fragrance,
Of golden wheat fields swaying in the wind.
The divine, shaped by a thousand expectations of the masses.
Fragments drifting between past and future,
The sun completes its self-coronation at last.
Eyes where despair and rebirth converge:
A sun too bright,
Advancing toward the deepest night,
Revealing a newly born white halo as darkness falls.
This belated, blazing coronation—
Did you see it?
The puppet, assembled by a thousand expectations of the masses.
Where, then, is the origin of that light?
Reality and agony piercing deep into the marrow,
Rooted within the blood:
Primordial chaos, pure and endless hatred.
“Ah - so this is my true form.”
The boy says self-mockingly, reclaiming memories across thirty million turns.
Slowly, clearly sensing and absorbing, bit by bit,
The cruelty of this world.
The scorching sun, embracing a blood-bathed transformation, no longer naive.
Embracing the eternal cycle, the answer to chaos,
The incarnation of good and evil entwined.
Sin and destruction, the raw manifestation of my identity.
The prisoner, birthed from a thousand expectations of the masses.
Which of these are you?
Who are you?
Hero. Divine. Puppet. Prisoner.
Among a thousand faces defiant against fate,
Each shard, points toward you.
For you are the source of chaos, the prisoner of flames-
And also,
The nameless hero.

Then I shall send them on to tomorrow.”
An unwavering belief since the moment of departure,
Crawling forward through incongruity,
Until the arrival of a pale dawn.
Breaking free from its shackles, roaring toward sin,
Within the golden epic,
The vessel of destruction severs itself from its origin-
A soul unbound, chasing freedom,
Burning itself to the very end,
Only to trailblaze a future for the generations to come,
To usher in a true, new dawn.
At last, in the epilogue of this epic,
He inscribed the final annotations of his own story.
A turn of a new page, that has never come before.
