"We need more OTs to be employed in the hospital system to provide the services. SA Hospitals are not really the employer of choice because the private sector is actually paying a lot more for OTs, so a lot of our team are leaving for the private sector." Well said Monika!

Today, Occupational Therapists are walking off the job for an hour to make SA Health address its workforce crisis. There has been a 70% turnover and a persistent vacancy rate of over 20%. This results in delays for patients and must be addressed!
