I’ve been calling a prospect for probably 8+ years. Always quick conversations, haven’t taken the relationship to the next stage. Decided to be ultra persistent and meet them today, they reside close by another meeting I had set up. Showed up at their house, exchanged pleasantries, they now know me and can out a face with the name. They will likely never sell in their lifetime, but if we stay in touch and I connect with their heirs, I’m planting another seed that will someday become a tree. Always be planting.
