I'm still very new to drawing and to trying to break things down into shapes. I often struggle with the sticky-out bit more cartoony styles use. What's the best one to break down/simplify the head to make this a breeze? I've tried two circles and it doesn't really work. :7

An old art style experiment, took me days to make it decent and kept changing/tuning details for almost a year to get to this point, i've been trying not to focus on unrelevant details recently so im posting it now before i try to fix it more
