Despite the cold weather today, Monday felt quite different as we focused on mastering form fundamentals to ensure we're running efficiently without forcing our bodies.

Nice season opener for @HTEAGLETRACK Varsity Boys and Jv Boy ! Big meet performance was the 4x100 dropping 43.6 and 4x200 dropped 1:33 . Had two pr in the 100 -11.1 & 11.3 . Great start fellas . @TXMileSplit

Our Hearne Eagle track team is on spring break but will hold training sessions on Monday and Wednesday at 11am. We also have a track meet scheduled in Cameron for Thursday, with meet information will be sent out.
