#WhiteSox are adding a friend for Munetaka Murakami. His name is Rikuu Nishida. Nishida's favorite player is Ichiro who both met this past season. The Sox should be back in the Japanese market next offseason. Nishida is going to have a Sam Antonacci like impact. Has a crazy stance/ style that makes you think that he could be a mini Ichiro.

The Sox clearly see something in Acuña. I’m just not seeing it right now. A .172 average and .408 OPS says he needs daily ABs in Charlotte, not a front-row seat in Chicago. If they DFA him, is anyone claiming him? And if so… what exactly are the Sox losing?

Carter isnt the only Giant that feel this way. He's just the first to make it public. I hope Dart uses this has a growth opportunity. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. When u are supposed to be a leader of a team, u need to be mindful how your actions impact your teammates

@AustinH71737919 @DawngMalone An ERA around 5 says a different story, but suppose he could be beneficial in games that aren't close. He can't be trusted to keep a lead though, that's for sure. We have some relievers doing really good things down in the minors that need a chance.

@Cantguardkyle Maybe 50 flops per game. He couldn't handle how physical players were allowed to be back then, he'd be too busy rolling around crying in the floor, like he does now.

@ElijahEv8 Jump Hagen? Hagen should be in the pen because he can't pitch any more than 2-3 innings.

I think there's a strong case to be made for David Sandlin being in the Chicago bullpen very soon. Looks really sharp right now If the plan is for him to be a true starter this year though, he'd presumably have to "jump" Hagen to get the next rotation spot available.

@_MikeVA At some point if pitchers can't throw strikes, they end up back in the minors or in the bullpen. You can have all the talent in the world, but if you can't throw strikes, it doesn't matter

@WeinoChi Kay has looked better his last 3 starts, but a solid move would be Fedde to the pen, or DFA. He could fill a lot of innings in blowouts for us

@JamesFox917 He can't pitch more than 3 innings though. He needs to be a reliever and we need to promote McDougal when healthy and trade for a starter

Hagen Smith can provide what Erick Fedde has been. I’m not sure what the #WhiteSox plan is but I’m ready to see the former 5th overall pick in the big leagues.
