@hubcontroller it’s now been 5 almost 6 days of no heat with 3 kids under 5 and zero response from you!!!! Answer the phone or your emails and fix the heating. It’s so unfair to do this to customers you are charging!!! For god sake fix my heating!!

@hubcontroller my mother (80’s) can’t turn on heating as the controls are saying ‘subscribe’. This service was set up with the aid of a grant why are you now charging vulnerable people in the middle of winter and causing undue stress on a product which was already paid for?

@hubcontroller got an email saying you want to charge me for using the controller, did you got claim a grant from the Government on my behalf already for it? I have oil heating so get no spend function. What exactly are you going to give me for €10a month
