@hubcontroller I have request information regarding the change of terms as have many others and you have not answered. I refuse to pay unless I can see these changes. I used my seai grant to pay for what I have and have a right to be fully informed of changes

@UPS_Ireland why am I being contacted by the sender in China to be told that you attempted delivery twice and is out for final delivery when you have all my details? No driver has been to my house yet when I checked the tracking it says they have and that I failed to pay customs.

@hubcontroller @Purdykei They are just brushing over that and not answering. They got a fair amount of cash from seai for the install in my house. This is unacceptable if I had used it to get any other system it wouldn’t be an issue
