At some point this morning between 2 primary birth visits I cycled my 1000th mile for @DGNHS. It’s taken 10 months and a new wardrobe of active wear but I can now say that it’s possible to be an active travelling health visitor @LovetoRide_ @iHealthVisiting

I really enjoy cycling around my visits too... fab to return to the office with the endorphins pumping! I have pledged to cycle more days each month as part of @NHSBorders action to reduce of environmental impact. Great idea to start logging the miles travelled each month.
