Meet our POTW, Flash! ⚡️ He’s an unbelievably intelligent 6-month-old Labrador-Retriever blend; he knows EXACTLY where his kennel is, where the play yards are, and even his favorite walking routes! He does phenomenally on leash, and would make for a wonderful hiking companion.

This week, our Pet Encounter Therapy program visited Sharp Mary Birch for National Hospital Week! This National Hospital Week, we want to thank all of the incredible hospital professionals who show up every day to help those who need it most!

Meet Simba, our Pet of the Week! 🧡 Simba is a 13-month-old male, very handsome orange kitty! Simba can come off as a little bit timid, but once he opens up and feels comfortable, he is so sweet, cuddly, curious, and affectionate!

The cutest PAWty on the planet is NEXT WEEKEND, and this year's Puppy Prom promises to be the biggest and best one yet! Helen Woodward Animal Center's 12th Annual Puppy Prom is Sunday, May 17th, from 11 AM to 1 PM at McGregor's Bar & Grill in Mission Valley. 💙
