Today we made mason jar planters! This cute little decoration is easy to make, plus since we used fake plants we dont have to worry about them dying! Do you have any crafts you like to do? Maybe we will make it next month!

Sadie the Sheep dog dropped by a visit yesterday! All of our residents and staff love this sweet girl! We can’t wait for our next visit with her!

Mary is a resident here at our community! We love having her and her amazing talents. She has won may ribbons for her beautiful quilts and were excited to have her teaching a class! We can't wait to see the result. Would you be interested in a quilt made by our residents?!

In our Kitchen Korner class we made refrigerator pickles! It was such a quick and easy recipe everyone could enjoy! The pickles turned out crunchy and packed with flavor! We can’t wait for our next class!

We went on a incredible country driveMonday! The highlight was definitely visiting a solar panel farm along the way. Truly a sight to behold! Who else loves exploring the countryside and discovering interesting places like this? Share your favorite road trip destinations below!

We had a local artist come in yesterday with some of his paintings! Dale Wagoner is from Kinmundy/ Omega area. Our residents loved talking to him and looking at some of his paintings he brought in. You can see some of his pairings up at the Kaskaskia extension office!
