Last week, some of our team attended the launch of the new Healthy Tower Hamlets Campaign! We were inspired by the different speakers that spoke about how to improve the health of our most underserved communities and enjoyed talking with other health champions about our work💬

Healthy Tower Hamlets is shining a light on risk factors that have a big impact on health: smoking, alcohol use, mental wellbeing, high blood pressure, moving more & eating well. The campaign encourages residents to take small, manageable steps. orlo.uk/vOATx

The Young Mums Active Community Programme aims to create a supportive environment for young mothers to build confidence and connect These sessions will include a variety of different activities and on-site childcare will be provided, allowing you to enjoy a well-deserved break!

At yesterday's Safeguarding Conference, which focused on Transitional Safeguarding, we shared findings from our Preparing for Adulthood – Young People with SEND project. Our report offers key recommendations to strengthen support for young people in their journeys into adulthood.
