⚡ Optimizing for HYROX Series SKIERG ▪️Begin the stroke with 1/4th stroke, followed by a 1/2 stroke and then a full stroke. ▪️Engage lats, brace core, hinge through hips, and drive body weight through the stroke. ▪️Avoid full squatting, as it can negatively impact performance
