Argentina doesn't recognize the Falkland Islands as legitimate because they claim the UK imported a completely artificial population for purely political reasons. Any vote made would not be valid. The UN agrees. If they are correct, what would that say about London?

Argentina has called for renewed talks over Britains sovereignty over the Falkland Islands. I just cannot believe this is happening...

Anglo Mythos 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
The Argentinians and their American/ Jewish handlers leveraging The Falklands over the Zionist war with Iran, has united the British. One Argentinian foot on The Falklands and we bomb Buenos Aires. Don't confuse temporary weakness, with a permanent loss of strength. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧

Argentina and their supporters keep pushing the “it’s closer to us” geography argument for the Falklands. Fine. Let’s play that game. By that logic: - Taiwan belongs to China - Gibraltar belongs to Spain - Ceuta and Melilla belong to Morocco - Alaska belongs to Russia - Texas belongs to Mexico - The Channel Islands belong to France - Northern Ireland belongs to Ireland Geography-only logic is a hell of a drug. The Falklands are British because the people who live there are British, have been for generations, and voted 99.8% to remain British. We fought and bled for those islands in 1982. They are British. Full stop. No apologies. No surrender.

Kemi Badenoch@KemiBadenoch

The Falklands are British. Full stop. Not by accident. Not by ambiguity. We fought for them when it mattered most and paid the price. And because the islanders have chosen it, clearly and repeatedly. There is no debate on this.

The Falklands are British, and will remain British, the population of the Falklands want to be British, and we fought a war for them because they are British, we still have a military presence there of 4 typhoon jets, Sky Sabre air defence and over 1000 military personnel. 🇬🇧🇫🇰

Brandon Sanderson shuts the door permanently on returning to the Wheel of Time, and uses a Lord of the Rings metaphor to explain why. "I am not Frodo, I was Sam. I carried the ring for a time when Frodo couldn't, but then I needed to give the ring back because it was not my duty, my burden, or my task to continue holding it." Did Sanderson make the right call letting this world end, or did fans deserve more?
