@adsyyycs2 yes but in solo queue my random teammates do not do that and i am punished because none of them know how to hold long and i get a b spawn instead of a long spawn, get there late and then die

@Haarry_CS maybe, i just think its better learning how to play from different spawns. if ur just gonna go fast peek A ramp every round ur not gonna learn anything new are you ur just aim training at that poitn

CS2 becomes an infinitely better solo queue experience if they ditch random spawns and give us the valorant buy period system so sick of getting a spawn on mirage I can't insta smoke from, or not being able to play fast A on dust 2 because of shit spawns

@ranr9131 @adsyyycs2 on dust 2 especially it changes where you can peek sure adapting to the rng is a skill, but i'd argue adapting where you peek based on how the cts play is more of a skill - and it's also just less frustrating to pick where you go instead of rng making you play a pos you hate

@Haarry_CS @adsyyycs2 getting 10 non insta spawns in a row is statistically incredibly improbable. maybe you just dont know enough of those smokes or you just got incredibly unlucky. in that case go buy a lottery ticket lol

@Haarry_CS you could also just learn to adapt and not rely on having the perfect spawn every time. for as much repetition is in cs, a part of the game that makes it more engaging than valorant is the uncertainty of minor things like that

@ranr9131 @adsyyycs2 im not imagining zones as big as valorant has, same size spawn as we currently have (and same buy time), just being able to move around in that area

@adsyyycs2 So it is a blessing that the spawns are random because it means you can just play from your randomly given spawn and the enemies won't be able to read you is it not more skill expressive to be able to pick where you peek to make the unpredictability come from you and not rng?

It’s also about adapting your playstyle to your spawns. Theres some things you can’t do unless you have best spawn position as you say. Thats just means you have to figure out the best move you can make from wherever you are. Its lowkey a blessing not been able to start wherever because enemies will expect you to hold the same thing at the start of every round which becomes more dangerous for you anyways

@adsyyycs2 sure, just like there's more important things for valve to do than change the bomb and reloading the amount of times I save an awp on t side dust and then I get B spawn so I can't peek mid or long in time, it's just annoying

@adsyyycs2 its not a skill gap its a memory test, and it stinks when you're solo queuing mirage and you get 10 t spawns in a row you can't insta smoke from making the game less frustrating is INFINTELY more valuable than letting people flex their nade lineups

@Haarry_CS Random spawns are cool. Adds that extra skill gap with instant utility. Lets not dumb down the game any more hehe

@KJDos4 we'd still kind of have instas though, it would just become 1 lineup per map instead of 1 per spawn where some spawns you can't insta from so you can get unlucky and 5 rounds in a row window isn't smoked (only really a solo queue problem admittedly)

@Haarry_CS Honestly seeing how these last few changes like bomb radius, health when youre safe from the radius and shit I feel like it could be possible, at the same time it ruins instas for ppl who know em so its complicated on how to go about it. Id like that change frfr

However, this supply gap means Spy Tech reds are going to be more rare. Are we looking at another Graphic collection situation where the worse looking skins will be more expensive? 🤔

@ElSublimeo before some of the recent changes i would've said it'll never happen but I really hope it's something they consider now, like my main annoyance with dust 2 is that if you want to peek long you need the right spawn for it, playing a chill game and constantly getting b spawns sucks

@Haarry_CS I had a similar thought where you can move inside the limited buyzone. Autists and their refusal to let CS evolve however felt it ruins spawns because the skill gap game is apparently better with RNG in it.
