Randy is just being Randy. His intent wasn’t to turn heel. He made it clear before he attacked Cody that it was supposed to be Drew out there. Cody was gonna make things more difficult because Randy already came to terms with letting the voices talk to him and control him. Randy would’ve been this way whether it was Cody or Drew.
