Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claims it has launched a strike on Oracle's data center in Dubai. The claim was made via Iranian state media and follows the IRGC's recent public threats to target facilities of 18 major US tech companies, including Oracle, in the Middle East.

First report for Jan 2 Tried Codex for the first time today (before this I’d only been using Claude Code with Sonnet/Opus). Built an MVP router that routes swaps via P2P order matching, filling trades without going through liquidity pools. If two orders within a slot can’t fully satisfy each other, the remainder gets routed through @dflow (not wired yet, need an API key). Codex feels noticeably slower than Claude Code, but in my opinion it hallucinates less. Overall, I like the experience. Took ~4 hours total (about half of that was specs + planning). Built fully in Rust + Pinocchio. P.S. Slowing down today, neck issues from my posture. Getting nasty headaches, mixed with panic attacks. I’ll be part-time today.

It’s actually simple, if you understand these 3 basics. 1️⃣ Freehold vs Leasehold Foreigners can legally own property in designated freehold areas like Downtown, Business Bay, JVC, Dubai Hills, etc. 2️⃣ Off-plan vs Ready • Off-plan = lower entry price + flexible payment plans • Ready = immediate rental income + lower risk There’s no best option. It depends on your goal. 3️⃣ Price ≠ Value A cheaper unit doesn’t always mean a better investment. Location, developer track record, service charges, and exit demand matter more than just the price. Dubai has zero property tax and clear ownership laws. Buy a house to live in wherever you want to live. But for an investment? If you’re not buying in the UAE you’re an idiot. Buying a house ANYWHERE besides UAE is comically retarded. I’ve doubled my money in 3 years on everything I’ve bought I can sell a house in a few days maximum for crypto, zero taxes on profit or on rental income, cheap staff to maintain the house Safe country no break ins Tenants have to pay rent or instantly evicted Growing economy attracting the most wealth globally Government arnt psychos trying to rob you It’s a no brainer.

Will be honest, this feels like getting stabbed right in the heart. When I started building BelieveGPT, I genuinely believed in the Believe vision. Even after rebranding to Pantheon, I still carried that conviction and thought we were moving toward something meaningful together. But things went in the worst direction possible. My mistake was tying my entire model to a single ecosystem. Lesson learned. Time to move forward. I’m disappointed, but not offended. I wish them well. And now I finally have my own clear vision for what Pantheon should become. The future is mine to build.

We've completely delisted @believeapp as an ICM launchpad from Pantheon. All previous coins that were associated with Believe are now @MeteoraAG coins. We'll manually review every coin in the upcoming days to understand whether they're independent Meteora coins or migrating somewhere else. Many features that were built exclusively for Believe will be removed and ported into other launchpads. We'll keep the Believe Flywheel page for some time but eventually will stop tracking it. Pantheon is going through a major pivot right now. The announcement will come when the time is right.
