Daily @_MathAcademy_ update, 800-day streak 🔥 Today I hit 800 days of doing math daily! I didn’t notice until I came here to post, it was just another day of doing math during lunch out at a restaurant. Today was more work with matrices, which was fun. I’ve had less time for math since getting back to building stuff I’m excited about, but still do at least a little every day to keep making progress slowly but surely. The journey has been more rewarding than I could have imagined. It’s hard to explain how positively it has impacted my life. And interestingly, it also got my kids into math since they always see me doing it. Math Academy makes it as easy as it could be, so every minute I spend is doing exactly what I should be doing and not trying to figure out what to do next. If you’re an adult who values your time, it’s well worth the money to streamline the journey and I highly recommend it! @HabitGraph log it ✅

@wakingup intro course meditation 7 done it's interesting that you can't really feel the inside of your body. i was paying attention to the breath and i realized i can't feel the air in my lungs, only my chest stretching around it. odd @HabitGraph track this
