@MBTA_CR can you explain why you did not tell people on the 4:40 Fall River at Campello station that there was a disabled train in Bridgewater ?? So they had the option to get off. #mbta

@MBTA_CR back the 4:40 train back to Campello and let us off. This is pathetic 2nd time this week a train died on this route. Or pull as close to Bridgewater and let us off. When will this insanity stop. People want to get home to their family's. It's Good Friday.

@MBTA_CR Hi, curious why the conductor on my Newburyport/Rockport train this AM announced that tomorrow’s train would follow a Tuesday schedule. Aren’t each weekday schedules the same?

The drama continues 20 minutes ago in bound was at Montello and told 6-8 minutes till it passes and now told train is leaving Montello. Still no texts or emails. $330 a month for absolutely no reliable communication that could eliminate some of the disappointment. @MBTA_CR
