The B1070 is currently closed between Hadleigh and Raydon. The road is expected to remain closed for a number of hours while repairs are carried out to a communications pole following a collision.

Appeal after a motorist threatened a cyclist in Bentley Road, Capel St Mary, on Saturday 15 November at 12.45pm. Officers hope the woman driver of a 4x4 who stopped to help the cyclist has dashcam footage. Contact us via orlo.uk/7kCND or call 101, crime ref 37/65172/25.

Update recent post about cold caller: An adult male was arrested yesterday by a specialist police team in Suffolk. Cash, silver, and gold were seized from him. He is currently on police bail while the investigation continues, with a condition banning him from Suffolk. PC 1293.
