Every Memorial Day I think about a man I never knew: Edmund Read Dabney III. Was captured in the Philippines, endured the Bataan Death March, and ultimately died as a POW when his ship was sunk en route to Japan. Sgt Dabney: a true hero

What would you do if you weren’t afraid to fail? Fear caps your potential, while faith unleashes it. I wasn’t afraid to go against the medical system that “treated” me for over a decade. I wasn’t afraid to leave DC to pursue this book. Growth comes when you take a leap of faith into what you feel called to do.

Hey @BrilynHollyhand , My name is Hadley and I graduated last May from Troy and worked in the Trump admin. I’m currently publishing a health book to help others with autoimmune disease. It’s my personal MAHA project. I wanted to reach out and ask if you’d be interested in talking on your show about it. I’ve spoken at Notre Dame and Ole Miss, and would love the opportunity to speak at Auburn if you know of any opportunities. Look forward to hearing back, Hadley

That’s GOVERNOR Coach Tuberville, to you! @CoachForGov just treated the primary like a spring scrimmage against the Left. The Montgomery swamp of do-nothing RINOs is officially on the clock by a Coach who actually expects results and not excuses. 🤝

This book has been, by far, the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done professionally.

Natural healing requires more focus, more energy, and more discipline. But the results are so rewarding. There’s one common pitfall to natural healing, the cost. It’s true there’s a cost to functional medicine providers, supplements, blood testing and more. But what people overlook is that the best medicines are still free: walking, fresh air, sleep, faith, prayer, sunshine, grounding, community. #health #newbook #book #fitness #faith #pray #healing #autoimmune #natural

Crohn’s. Colitis. Autoimmune disease. Chronic health problems. I wrote this book for others tired of conventional treatments, but aren’t sure where to turn. I’m not a doctor, and make that clear throughout the book. After going through the wringer of conventional doctors, hospitals and big pharma, I quit cold turkey. I was able to heal myself naturally by using nutrition, fitness and faith. It has been the most liberating experience, and I felt called to tell my story to help others. Please check it out and share with someone who could benefit. #book #newbook #healthbook #author #fitness #faith #healing #healingjourney #maha bit.ly/4dpW3zl

Huge thanks to @scribemediaco and @EricJorgenson for featuring my book in Scribes latest newsletter. My goal with this book is to help other young people learn to use nutrition, fitness and faith to overcome their health challenges naturally. I’m so thankful for all the support I’ve received, and hope you’ll share this with others with autoimmune disease. Check it out here bit.ly/4dpW3zl

Enjoy page 1 of Chapter Four. The is a tremendous faith component to healing yourself naturally. I believe we are created in the image of God. He may give you health challenges to help develop and refine you, but I don’t believe He created any of us to be “sick for life.” God created you and Jesus heals.

A book for everyone is a book for no one. I’m still new to social media, and quickly learned that people are very divided online as to whether natural healing is possible. That is, whether you can health yourself using nutrition, fitness and faith. This book is not for everyone, and that’s okay. I wrote my book for other young people who’ve been told they were “sick for life” and want an alternative to conventional medicine. This book is also for the parents of young kids who are being diagnosed with autoimmune diseases and chronic health problems. It provides insight on what my parents wish they knew when I was 12. Natural healing is possible, but it requires commitment. You can’t put your toes in and see how it feels. If you’re frustrated with conventional treatments, but aren’t sure where to turn, I wrote this book to serve as a starting point for others. #health #healthbook #newbook #book #author #books #nutrition #fitness #faith

This is the “why” behind the book. I was tired of being told that I was “sick for life” and that the best I could ever hope for was to “manage” Crohn’s. You don’t have to “manage” any health problem. You can heal from it. You can thrive. Natural healing requires more attention, focus, discipline and cost, but the results are worth it. Healing naturally has opened up so many opportunities, personally and professionally, that I had to share this experience with others. Please check it out on Amazon. #books #newbook #book #author #autoimmune #fitness #health #challenge #natural #healing #journey

One Day, or Day One? You have a goal, a dream, a vision, something you want to pursue. The question is this: will it exist only your head or are you going to make it happen? Your dream job, the business you want to start, the book you want to write. It’s all there for you. You just have to act on it. I started this book on the tablet you see. I started this book with no mentor, no plan, no clue on how to proceed. But I started. That’s all that mattered. I acted on the vision that existed only in my mind and brought it life. There are so many growing pains when you try something new, but there is tremendous professional growth in the process. This project has allowed me to meet more people, travel and speak, and appear on several podcasts—things I always wanted to do. I felt a strong call on my heart to write this book in July 2024, shortly after healing naturally from Crohn’s. I made a commitment on January 1, 2025 that I would write this book and have it done by May. It was and my book was under contract by June. Now it’s out, and I hope others with autoimmune disease will check it out. My goal is to help those suffering learn to use nutrition, fitness and faith to over their health challenges naturally. One Day or Day One? January 1, 2025 was my Day One, and now the book is available. I truly believe that if you have a vision and simply commit to it, remain stubborn and persistent, it will come to life. I’m working hard in my 20s to be successful for my future family. That’s what drives me more than anything. I pray the success of this book will offer me that opportunity. #health #healing #newbook #healthbook #books #faith #nutrition
