A7: I use explicit instruction w/routines 😍 I have routine cards to teach spelling, vocab, retelling, summarizing, fluency, and more. I love that once students have the routine down, all of their cognitive abilities can be used for the actual content/practice #WasatchEdchat

@duke_distefano Not long at all!! Beginning of year we explain, model, give examples/non examples, and provide repeated practice....daily;))
