In the rare case that someone has an SSN without citizenship data, their registration comes back and they correct the SSA data. The SAVE Act makes everyone go through the more complicated process, even when their SSN is perfectly valid.

Or what if a valid citizen tries, but their SSN data is incorrect? Can you imagine any way that these registrations would get resolved??

SSA issued roughly 150 million SSNs between 1936 and 1972 with no citizenship requirements. Its own 2006 audit found 18 million records with incorrect citizenship data. A quarter of all SSA records have no citizenship indication at all. SSA itself says its data are not definitive on citizenship. That is the gap. Now be good faith, answer for (AT MINIMUM) 18 million unverified numbers upwards of 150 million.

You’re having trouble with not only basic logic, but following along. Both statements are true simultaneously. SSN verifies identity. SSA tracks citizenship for LEGALLY OBTAINED AND RECENT SSNs. SSA data has gaps for stolen or fraudulently obtained SSNs. These are not contradictions. They are three facets of the same argument. You still have not answered yes or no.

So you think that people are stealing SSNs and using those to...vote?? Do they move to where the guy lives?

It does not have it for people who obtained SSNs fraudulently, through identity theft, or before citizenship verification was consistent. That is exactly the gap the SAVE Act closes. Good question.

So 19 votes out of 160 million means that 0.00001% of votes were invalid. That means it's essentially zero.
