لا جديد بتصريح الخارجية الاميركية ، الموضوع ببساطة بحاجة لشرح …أممياً ،عدلت وزارة الخارجية الاميركية تأشيرات الوفد السوري "كنتيجة" لسقوط اعتماد تمثيل الوفد بسقوط النظام القديم. الاعتراف بالدولة السورية قائم بالأمم المتحدة ( و أكدته الأمم المتحدة يوم أمس) ، و إلا لكان الاميركيون طردوا الوفد عوضاً عن تعديل تأشيراته (و هو الذي يمثل السلطة الحالية و لم يتمرد عليها، و ينقل مواقفها منذ سقوط النظام). أما بخصوص التصريح ، فموضوع مشكلة التصنيف الاميركي بحق الهيئة التي تم حلها ( و هي احدى عوائق العلاقات الثنائية مع واشنطن - و لا أحد ينكر ذلك) هي ما يفسر تصريح الخارجية الاميركية تجاه السلطة السورية ، لا داعي للاندهاش المتعمد ( حزب الدهشة)، فمازال الموضوع قائماً و موضع بحث و مراجعة لم تكتمل أميركياً ، و طبعاً هناك أصوات ضد الانخراط مع السلطة السورية ، وهناك أصوات مع الانخراط و هذا يتم علناً بالإعلام و ليس سراً ، و هذا شأن سياسي ثنائي ، و مازال عالقاً و معيقاً لإطلاق العلاقة الثنائية بين واشنطن و دمشق الجديدة . هناك مشاكل مع السلطة الجديدة بعضها موروث مثل العقوبات ، و بعضها ( مثل التصنيف) له علاقة بطبيعة السلطة الجديدة التي مازالت تتلمس طريق التغيير و التفاوض مع الأمريكيين ( مباشر و غير مباشر). و الجميع يسمع عن مسودة خارطة طريق ، و دبلوماسية الوفود التي تتبناها الادارة مع دمشق، و قريباً جداً هناك وفود علنية ستصل لدمشق حتى بعد التصريح. يجب الوعي أن ادارة التحول السياسي الجاري في سورية و تشبيكه مع أميركا ليس أمراً يسيراً ، فحتى أقرب حلفاء أميركا يبذلون جهود مضاعفة للحفاظ على العلاقة معها و صيانتها ، فما بالكم بنظام جديد ورث العداء و رواسبه مع الغرب و أميركا ، و عليه و له طلبات . هناك خبث متعمد بخلط الموضوعين بدون شرح و تأطير دقيق لهما ، و هذا مصدره بكل شفافية : - عدم معرفة ببساطة ،و التمسك بعبارة معينة أو تصريح دون تناول سياقه الكامل. - متضررين من التغيير في سورية. - انتهازيين يدّعون القرب أو الحرص على سورية لكن يبثون الخوف و الخلط عمداً بنية الاسترزاق السياسي.
