@Delta unacceptable service on May 2nd flight from dtw to Ord. On time flight left with pilot leaving terminal knowing he exceeded flying hours. Pilot made decision that he had maxed hrs out while on runway and brought us back to terminal. 8:30 pm flight delayed 5hrs.
