RIP is the common phrase many use when someone passes away. Meaning “Rest inside of Peace.” But RIP is for the living too. That peace people talk about on the other side of death… it’s actually attainable on this side too. When we wake up spiritually, we begin to access that peace, holding it in our souls and breathing it in like air here and now. The words of Christ… “Learn from me… and you will find REST for your souls.” Matthew 11:29 And: “For He Himself is our PEACE…” Ephesians 2:14 So as we let go of the ego-driven self life, we die to that old way of living and enter into Christ’s REST and PEACE. RIP before you RIP.
